La Brujula Baby Squid in Ink

Small squid, sustainably caught (by jigging) one by one with a line, are not dragged along the bottom or bruised, arriving in better condition. They are gutted and skinned. They are then stuffed with their own tentacles and blanched in water before being packed individually into the can.

Ingredients: Squid ( mollusk) (Loligo gahi) , olive oil and salt.

Allergens: Mollusc. May contain crustaceans and fish.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place / Once opened, consume immediately.
